Information session for students held at Kyoto Seika University

On June 28, Shinji Kohmoto, the artistic director of Parasophia: Kyoto International Festival of Contemporary Culture 2015, was invited to Kyoto Seika University to deliver an information session for students who are interested in working with the festival. After a brief introduction by Professional Advisory Board member Professor Morihiro Satow (Dean of Faculty of Design, Kyoto Seika University), Mr. Kohmoto gave a general overview of the festival, and discussed what is meant by an “international exhibition”, what the Parasophia Office has in store for the next couple of years, and how students can join us. Of approximately thirty participants, a few students came from Doshisha University and Ritsumeikan University (both in Kyoto). Several students stayed behind to speak with Mr. Kohmoto directly.
