Talk at Higashiyama Artists Placement Service “Honesty and Modesty”

On August 4, Tetsuya Ozaki (General Producer, Performing Arts, Aichi Triennale 2013) and Shinji Kohmoto (Artistic Director, Parasophia: Kyoto International Festival of Contemporary Culture 2015) were invited to participate in the lecture series “Honesty and Modesty” held by the Higashiyama Artists Placement Service (HAPS). Their talk was titled “Globalization and art—the Okazaki case” [G1] “International art festival and city”. The evening opened with a presentation about Aichi Triennale 2013 by Mr. Ozaki, followed by a presentation about Parasophia: Kyoto International Festival of Contemporary Culture 2015 by Mr. Kohmoto, and a discussion by Mr. Ozaki and Mr. Kohmoto about the city of Kyoto and international art festivals.
