Lecture for the Japan Foundation’s “Invitation Program for Curators from China, Korea, and India”
Sept. 26, 2013 (Thu.) 14:01
On September 24, Yoshihiro Nakatani (Curator, Parasophia: Kyoto International Festival of Contemporary Culture 2015) delivered a lecture for eight curators from three different countries, as part of the Japan Foundation’s “Invitation Program for Curators from China, Korea, and India”. Our visitors expressed interest in the origins of our exhibition, our curatorial team’s way of thinking, and the term “Parasophia” (see here for our artistic director’s text). The curators engaged in an active conversation after the lecture.
The Japan Foundation will be presenting a debriefing session about this program as a whole on September 27. For details, please refer to the page linked below.
