Organization and university cooperation credits updated

The organization member list has been updated to replace Council member Mr. Fumio Amano (former Director, Kansai Branch, Agency for Cultural Affairs) with Mr. Masayuki Sasaki (Agency for Cultural Affairs). We have also added Mr. Akira Yoshino (Professor, Faculty of Arts, Kyoto Saga University of Arts) to the Professional Advisory Board, and the Kyoto Saga University of Arts and the Seian University of Art and Design have been added to the list of universities providing their cooperation for Parasophia: Kyoto International Festival of Contemporary Culture 2015 on the About page.
